Arthur St, Clair Chapter The Arthur St. Clair Chapter meets the 3rd Wednesday at 6:30 PM except July, Aug and Dec. Rufus Putnam Chapter meets on the 2nd Saturday of each month (Except November) at the American Legion Post on 17 Third Street, Zanesville, Ohio at 12:00pm. Luncheons are $7.00 per person.
